WHAT A LICENCE BUILDS
Eight districts, one architecture each, and commercial use follows it. A Personal licence builds a residence from the district catalogue, a Commercial licence a commercial or mixed-use building, a Patron licence a custom one. A higher licence changes how a building is used, never its size. Design studies drawn on real blocks of the registry.
